Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to serve the finest quality Mexican food at reasonable prices.  To do this we use only quality ingredients and we prepare our food fresh daily.  We use choice angus beef, fresh vegetables, fresh red snapper, extra lean pork loin, all white meat chicken, and pure vegetable oil with no trans-fat.  We never use lard in any of our food.

We make our own tamales, Chile rellenos, soups, salads, Spanish rice, refried beans and sauces.  Our menu items are made using authentic Mexican recipes and are prepared when ordered - never is advance.  Our "Pancho's Salsa Rubio" is made in Pancho's kitchen and is available for sale in jars both at the restaurant and in the local grocery stores.  (will send you some pix - our label is attached.)   We make Mild, Macho, and Verde.  Someone could order a case (12 one pint jars) for $39 plus shipping.  

Our staff is very friendly and strives to provide the best service possible to our customers.  We believe that by providing good food at reasonable prices and good service we will have satisfied customers.   If you have a special request for an item not on the menu, if we have the ingredients, we will make it for you.  Our servers can make recommendations and answer questions about items on the menu.

Many of our local customers dine with us 3 or more times a week.  The staff is also very conscious of cleanliness and good health practices.  Keeping the whole restaurant clean is a high priority.

We offer take-out service for any of our menu items and have "Pronto Pancho's” drive up window for the convenience of our customers.  In an effort to do our part to protect our environment, we have significantly reduced our use of Styrofoam for our take out service and are now using biodegradable containers.
